Die Orgel steht an drei Stellen im Raum verteilt. Das I. Manual und II. Manual steht jeweils rechts und links des Hauptportals. Gegenüber, hinter dem Marienaltar verborgen, steht das III. Manual mit Schwelleröffnungen in Chorraum und Hauptschiff. Die Register des Pedals sind auf die verschiedenen Standorte verteilt. Der Spieltisch steht ungefähr im zentralen Schnittpunkt aller drei „Orgeln“ an der Seitenwand der Kirche.
